RETURN

At House of Sarva, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have received a damaged product, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility: We will only accept the returns, in case of a damaged product or wrong item delivered, in case of damaged product – it is required that you send us an unpacking video of the product.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Complaints are to be registered within 3 days of delivery. 
  • Process: Email us at hello@houseofsarva.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the return process.
  • Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not refund items once sold, but we will send you a fresh piece of your purchase pending investigation towards the damage.

REPLACEMENT

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Unfortunately we do not refund items once sold, but will send you a fresh piece of your purchase pending investigation towards the damage. Our policy only covers damage to the actual product and not to the external packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

CANCELLATION

Unfortunately orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.
